This page explains how Work Evolution Framework handles personal data in relation to the site, direct email correspondence, and discussion form submissions from individuals in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions with similar privacy rights.
What personal data we process
- Your name and email address when you contact us directly or use the discussion form
- Any organizational context, questions, critique, or message content you choose to provide
- Limited technical data associated with secure site delivery, spam prevention, and request handling
Lawful bases for processing
Depending on the context, we rely on the following lawful bases:
- Consent: when you choose to send a message or inquiry through the site or by email
- Legitimate interests: to operate the site, respond to inquiries, maintain records of correspondence, and protect the site and form channel from abuse
- Legal obligation: when processing is required to comply with applicable law or enforce legal rights
Third-party processing
The discussion form on the contact page is processed by FormSubmit and then forwarded to the mailbox configured for the site. As a result, form submissions may be handled by third-party providers as part of the delivery and forwarding workflow.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your data in appropriate circumstances
- Request restriction of processing
- Request a portable copy of data you provided to us
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Withdraw consent where processing depends on consent
Exercising your rights
To make a GDPR-related request, email [email protected] and include "GDPR Request" in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we aim to respond within the time period required by applicable law.
Complaints
If you believe your personal data has been handled in a way that violates applicable data protection law, you may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country or region.
